FOR THE RESISTANCE OF DRY
RUNNING
|
1. |
Internaionally patented PPS bushing
construction:
a). Radiation of heat for "high heat resistance"
b). Superior endurance in case of "dry running" |
¡¡ |
When most pumps run dry,
the friction from the contact points will cause parts, such as
the shaft and the bushing, to break down from excess heat.
The original anit-heat construction of GS/GSF
prevents the pump from a heat deformation because the materials
used for the contact point works in lowering the temperature by
radiating and insulating heat. |
|
|
2.
|
Air-lock free construction |
¡¡ |
When air enters the
chamber during operation, it will create an air pocket within a
rear casing. However, the unique internal design of our rear
casing and the bushing will direct and release the air as well
as heat and slurry.

|
|
The original air-releasing
construction of the rear casing is useful for the
prevention of the "air lock" problem. |
|
Carbon fiber, adopted for the
reinforcement of the rear casing, makes the pump strong
against burst pressure. |
|
|
Internationally patented
PPS bushing construction |
|
A selection of the bushings
available for the different types of chemicals and the
presence of slurry. (Common parts used to minimize stock
requirements) |
|
Available bushing materials
are: carbon, ceramic, PTFE and SiC. |

Examples of Use:
¡¡
|
For filters |
¡¡ |
Enhancing the effectiveness of
filters |
|
|
|
For washers |
¡¡ |
Increasing the washing capability
of a spray washer and other various washers |
|
|
For etching |
¡¡ |
Use of SiC material enables our
pumps to be used for cleaning the surface of LCDs |
|
|
For heat exchangers |
¡¡ |
Ideally balanced to comply with
the needs of heat exchangers (compact pump with high
performance and reasonable liquid volume) |
|
|
For pumping high specific
gravity liquid |
¡¡ |
Employing a higher magnet torque
and a higher horsepower motor enables pumping high specific
gravity liquid |
|
|
For liquid transfer to high
places |
¡¡ |
Max. 140 ft. of head capability
for a high rising factory (YD-405GS) |
